Villa #53 is a deluxe, condo located in the very private and exclusive beach resort on the Pacific Coast of the Mexican Riviera in Punta Ixtapa in Ixtapa-Zihuantejo.
The condo development offers 7 buildings with 28 condos set inside a gated community with 24-hour security. A private and exclusive beach resort there are four beautiful beaches: Don Rodrigo, El Morro and 2 Playas Las Cuatas. Additionally, there are two beach clubs available for guests only.
Built all on one level, the interiors feature tiled floors and a mixture of contemporary and Mexican styled pieces.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool.
Within the private estate, there are two beach clubs, restaurants, room service to the condos and tennis courts. Two golf courses are located just a 10 minute drive from the villa and the beaches of Troncones are a 15 minute drive.
